This Privacy Policy explains how Safricloud (Pty) Ltd ("Safricloud", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as name, company, email, phone number and message content — when you submit a contact form, request a demo or correspond with us by email or phone. We also collect technical and usage information — such as browser type, device characteristics and page activity — through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, but only where you have consented to analytics via the cookie banner. How we use information

We use the information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business (hosting, email, analytics), with our regulators where required, or where you have given consent.

Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights contact us at support@safricloud.com.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to meet the purposes set out above or as required by law.
